Executive Sales Manage

LOCATION: KOLLAM, KERALA

I am excited to announce that we are looking for a dynamic Executive Sales Manager to join our team in the Kollam region.

About the Role:

As an Executive Sales Manager in the insurance/bancassurance field, you will drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure sustained business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers.
Generate your own leads and identify new business opportunities.
Take presentations to clients and partners with confidence and clarity.
Focus on policy renewals and issuance to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets in insurance and bancassurance products.

Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or bancassurance.
Flexible to travel across the Kollam region.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about sales.
2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler mandatory
