Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Understand clients requirements regarding price, size, and location of properties.
  • Present a selection of properties that meet clients needs and provide detailed explanations during site visits.
  • Conduct site visits to showcase properties and provide expert advice on real estate matters.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.

Communication and Negotiation

  • Keep clients informed about the status of their offers and the progress of negotiations and contracts.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Explain sales terms and conditions, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties.
  • Relationship Building
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure ongoing satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Property Presentation and Sales
  • Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about properties, including location, amenities, and pricing.
  • Identify and target potential clients through prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.
  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions in the companys lead tracking system (Salesforce).
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaboration and Client Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the internal outdoor marketing team for activities such as stalls and other outdoor events.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
