Job Description

Refilling Process & Client Communication

Receive refilling sheets from the Accounts Department and initiate necessary follow-up calls.
Provide product explanations and resolve client inquiries over the phone.
Schedule in-person meetings for clients requiring face-to-face interaction by coordinating with Vipul.

Discount Approvals & Price Negotiations

Adhere to pre-approved pricing limits set by Management( Vipul).
Communicate any additional discount requests to Vipul for approval.

Order Placement & Communication

Document client orders and specific requirements.
Share order details in the designated WhatsApp group for team tracking and visibility.

Billing & Tally Entry

Ensure accurate billing and timely generation of invoices.
Record all transactions correctly in Tally for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

Sales Target Achievement

Work towards achieving the sales target of 2 crore, as set by Vipul.
Maintain records of sales progress and client engagements.
