To expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to

join our team and help us grow our presence in the sensor and automaƟon market.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Professional with 3–6 years of experience and above

in the industrial sensors domain. This role demands a technically sound, productive individual

who excels in B2B sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive sales and business development for proximity sensors and transducer products.

IdenƟfy and pursue new customer opportuniƟes in industrial automaƟon sectors.

 Maintain strong relaƟonships with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.

 Provide technical consultaƟon and product recommendaƟons to clients.

 Collaborate with the engineering team to align customer requirements with product

capabiliƟes.

 Track sales performance and report regularly on pipeline and conversion metrics.

 Represent Accent Controls at industry events, expos, and client meetings.

Required Experience & Skills:

 Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales of industrial sensors.

 In-depth product knowledge of:

o InducƟve Proximity Sensors

o CapaciƟve Proximity Sensors

o Photoelectric Sensors

o MagneƟc Sensors

 Strong communicaƟon, negoƟaƟon, and customer management skills.

 Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

 Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Fluent in English; addiƟonal regional languages are a plus.

 Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or InstrumentaƟon Engineering.
