Title:Sales Excellence CoE Application Development Advisor Role (Job Profile):Application Development Specialist Management Level:Specialist (L9) Sales Excellence at Accenture. You are: You are an"experienced Business Intelligence Engineer capable of building BI solutions to better understand business and enable leadership to make informed decisions. In addition to creating analytical tools and reporting, candidate is expected to provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed. The work: The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization. The COE delivers services to portfolios primarily through the Sales Support teams made up of the Sales & Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics and Sales Operations. This role is for an experienced Business Intelligence professional capable of managing and building BI, analytical and reporting tools, and providing business analytics support as needed. You will: Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, data scientists and other data visualization experts to gather requirements and formulate business metrics for analytics and reporting Develop BI and analytics tools using Power BI/Power Apps/Qlikview/QlikSense Use SQL/BigQuery to create/modify stored procedures/views to enable app developmentGCP:GOOD TO HAVE Qualifications Here’s what you need: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent/master’s degree in Analytics/Technical field preferred 5 or more years’ experience with high level of curiosity and creativity and following knowledges & skills: BI Tools (i.e. Power Bi/QlikView/QlikSense/Google Data Studio/Tableau) Own design, development, and maintenance of analytics/BI applications. A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI. Experience in Excel to Power BI, SQL to Power BI, SharePoint to Power BI connectors. Experience with Power Query and ETL process in SQL or GCP/BigQuery. Quality assurance/thoroughness and attention to details. Strong Oral & written communication in English. Extra credit if you have: Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance or related fields. Understanding of Power Apps and its integration with Power BI. Basic Python/Advanced Analytics Knowledge. Project Management Experience. Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
