Sales & Estimation Engineer-HVAC

Responsibilities

• Experience in HVAC sales and Estimation.
• Meeting with MEP Contractors, Architects, Builders, Dealers, Vendors for

commercial range of HVAC Product (VRF, Ductable, Cassette, Split, AHU)

• Preparation of techno-commercial offers and submission to the clients.
• To do the final negotiation to finalize the orders.
• To supervise the execution of order till the delivery of material to the customer.

Period.

• Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems within commercial and residential projects
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather information and prepare accurate estimations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare and present estimates to management and clients
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends
• Track and report on estimation metrics and project costs
• Assist in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections
• Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in sales & cost estimation for HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design standards
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Professional engineering license (PE) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
