Sales Engineer/Manager (HVAC)

You will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the HVAC market, both with new and existing customers. Your role will involve utilizing your product knowledge and applications experience to achieve annual sales targets and drive sales growth. You will also play a key part in ensuring the long-term development of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain quality standards for pre-sale and post-sale customer support, as well as order fulfillment - Build and nurture relationships with customers, contractors, engineering firms, and architectural firms - Serve as a liaison between Branch Office staff and customers/partners - Initiate the sales process, pre-qualify customers/partners, and guide sales through to order - Prepare sales proposals, estimates, and take offs - Process and analyze feasibility assessments and bid documents - Provide leadership in handling and training a team Qualifications Required: - B.E, Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, Other Bachelor Degree In addition to the mentioned role and responsibilities, the company is looking for a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development. The offered salary ranges from 6 Lac to 10 Lac per annum. The industry focus for this position includes Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Telecaller roles.
