Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as a
technical consultant
to the sales team, supporting them in customer meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
Conduct
product demos and technical presentations
, translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
Work with
engineering teams (backend & frontend)
to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
Assist in RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation
to support the sales process.
Troubleshoot customer issues pre-sale and help remove technical blockers.
Gather
customer feedback
and work with product & engineering teams to refine features.
Train sales reps on the
technical aspects of our products
, improving their ability to communicate value to prospects.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience
in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
Strong
technical background
Ability to explain
complex technical concepts
in a simple and engaging way.
Hands-on experience with
product demos, pre-sales engineering, and customer-facing roles
.
Experience collaborating with
sales, product, and engineering teams
.
Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to manage technical discussions with clients.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in a
startup or fast-paced environment
.
Familiarity with
backend/frontend technologies
(e.g., Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
Exposure to
AI/ML, OpenAI APIs, or Data Analytics platforms
.
