Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Trend Micro, you will play a crucial role as the technical bridge between Sales Representatives and pre-sales customers. Your expertise in Trend Micro products will guide customers in selecting and deploying Next-Gen security solutions, while also collaborating with the Sales team to develop customer relationships and provide leadership in security architecture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the customer journey with the product and ensure a smooth experience for customers - Focus on ensuring customer success throughout their engagement, onboarding, and product experience journey - Support the sales organization by providing training and acting as a storyteller to enhance sales effectiveness - Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity partners and technologies, such as SOC services partners, CSPs, and MSSPs - Work closely with Regional/Global Product and Product Marketing Managers to stay informed on the latest product/technology advancements - Deliver engaging technical demonstrations to showcase the advantages and benefits of Trend Micro products - Collaborate with partners and channels to propose, position, and convince customers about Trend Micro solutions - Present complex technical issues and solutions to all levels of an organization in a clear and engaging manner - Utilize strong problem-solving skills to design solutions that address customer challenges - Provide training to customers and prospects on Trend Micro solutions - Collaborate with technical support personnel to ensure ongoing quality support and customer satisfaction - Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, and documentation to enhance efficiencies - Engage in continuous self-improvement and learning to stay updated on current technical knowledge - Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events as a speaker or panelist to showcase expertise in the field **Qualifications Required:** - Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions to customers - Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust model - Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services - Exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion Prevention, encryption, data leakage, and data protection - Good written and spoken communication skills in English - Passion for cybersecurity and customer security - Understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure At Trend Micro, we value change, empower our employees, and encourage innovation.
