Job Description This ideal candidate will be involved in the sales of analytical instruments such as handheld XRF, LIBS, OES spectrometers, etc. Responsibilities Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand requirements. Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations and plan detailed presentations to show product info, pricing, and benefits. Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities. Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management. Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Create new sales & marketing strategies. Follow up on sold products to ensure the customer is happy. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications Graduate/Diploma in relevant discipline. 3+ years of experience in the similar field of work preferred. Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads. Willingness to travel. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Show more Show less
