This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer - Elevator role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical presentations and providing technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored elevator solutions, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the sales development of the company in a defined geographical area of Bengaluru.
To conduct personal meetings with customers in your region, present products, submit price quotations, and finalise orders
Responsible for payment collections from the customers in a timely manner.
Strong experience in Sales and excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Effective Communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience providing Technical Support to address and resolve customer challenges
Engineering degree or equivalent education in a Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
