Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Delhi. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and support throughout the sales process. Primary responsibilities include presenting technical product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, providing technical advice and support, and developing strategic customer relationships to achieve sales targets. The role requires active participation in meetings, proactive problem-solving, and consistent efforts to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to identify, develop, and provide tailored solutions for client needs
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Expertise in Sales techniques and the ability to effectively strategize and meet targets
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is highly desirable
• Previous experience in technical sales or engineering roles is a strong advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as required
