Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at our company based in Panipat, Haryana, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, demonstrating product capabilities, generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting sales data and market feedback to internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include offering technical expertise to customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any concerns related to our products or services. Additionally, you will conduct on-site product demonstrations, trials, and tests to exhibit product features and enhance customer confidence. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities will be a key part of your role, as you will be tasked with generating leads and establishing connections with potential customers. It will also be essential to build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and explore avenues for upselling or cross-selling. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing sales reports, technical insights, and market intelligence to our internal teams.
