Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Marketing Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in electrical control panels to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the industrial automation and electrical sectors.. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control panel market (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, etc.). o Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. o Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements. o Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Technical Expertise: o Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate control panel solutions. o Interpret electrical drawings, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams. o Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. o Provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination. o Manage client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. Market & Competitor Analysis: o Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings. o Suggest improvements or new products/services based on market demand. Qualifications: ¢ Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 1 years and above of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing of electrical panels.
