Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our team in an on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Engineer will focus on driving sales, managing customer accounts, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include providing technical support, identifying customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and offering customized product solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, as well as the ability to identify business opportunities and close sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and the ability to understand and implement technical solutions
• Skills in Technical Support to assist clients post-sale and resolve technical queries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Proven track record in Sales and an aptitude for identifying business growth opportunities
• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Proficiency in market research and product demonstration
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
