Sales Engineer (Paint Industry)

As a Sales Engineer at NITSHAW, your role involves implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. You will be responsible for creating new opportunities and generating sales from both existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct introductory sales meetings with potential clients - Analyze customer requirements to provide suitable solutions - Prepare techno-commercial sales proposals for clients - Engage in technical and commercial meetings with customers - Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospects - Conduct negotiations to secure sales and convert leads - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process - Update CRM system regularly and provide detailed reports - Participate in events and coordinate sales activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in Sales/Business Development - Experience in Woodworking Industry, Industrial Machinery, Capital Equipment, or Paint Industry sales is preferred - Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel extensively with own vehicle - Strong negotiation and deal-making skills NITSHAW offers a full-time job opportunity with benefits including health insurance.
