Our products include Intelligent Electronic Machines (IGM’s) used in next-generation switching & protection devices, control and metering apparatus, protective relaying devices, and automatic equipment. Our highly experienced team focuses on engineering and safe operation of electric circuits and power systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in customer service, and executing sales strategies. The daily tasks include developing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical consultations, and maintaining client relationships. The role also demands close collaboration with the engineering and sales teams to ensure product understanding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or a related field
Experience in industrial automation or power electronics is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
