Overview

We are looking for an energetic Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role involves promoting and selling electrical products, building strong customer relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market a comprehensive portfolio of electrical products, including low-voltage and medium-voltage wires and cables, LV/MV switchgears, control gear assemblies, protection devices, and related industrial electrical components.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner and follow up to close orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales of electrical/industrial products (wires, cables, switchgears, automation products, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
