Sales Engineer - Metal Working Fluids

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Metal Working Fluids in Pune, your primary responsibility is to execute the company's sales targets for designated Channel Partners Accounts. This includes achieving revenue and profitability quotas, identifying and proposing new sales partners, exploring new business opportunities and segments, and monitoring competitors" activities. Additionally, you will be leading the Sales Partners Representatives and Specialists to enhance productivity and manage performance within the sales team.
