Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.

Sales Growth & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.
  • Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the companys offerings.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.

Negotiations and Contract Finalization:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close deals.
  • Ensure terms of the agreements are clearly understood by clients, leading to long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • 2+ Field Sales Experience primarily with experience related to Printing/

Packaging Converting/Static Control Industry o Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role. Being a sales Engineer level job he should be able to do product presentations to clients (Online / Offline)

  • Since this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with

Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales & support to

clients on timely basis.
