As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Instrumentation Sales Engineer/Manager to join our team.


As an Instrumentation Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of Field instruments. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, all while fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and target potential clients within the Oil and Gas, EPCs, PMCs, Power, Fertilisers, Petrochemicals, CGD & Renewable Energy sectors.
  2. Experience in selling smart field instruments, Pressure, Temperature and Level Transmitters will be preferred.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of instrumentation solutions.
  4. Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
  7. Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in instrumentation.
  3. Experience in selling smart field instruments, Pressure, Temperature and Level Transmitters will be preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of instrumentation products and applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
