Sales Engineer- CAD

You will be responsible for new business development, including generating leads through various channels and identifying prospects. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will need to understand customer requirements and articulate suitable solutions. Additionally, you will present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients, prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaboration with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and identify prospects - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Understand customer requirements and articulate suitable solutions - Present, promote, and sell products/services - Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Collaborate with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the software industry - Experience in B2B Sales - Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Clear understanding of the software market and its key players - Self-Motivated - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals - Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, the company is an ISO certified software company developing solutions for quality, program management, and manufacturing.
