Sales Engineer - Automation And Control System

You will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales targets. - Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Preparing accurate sales reports and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred) - 2-3 years of experience, preferably in automation products such as PLC, HMI, VFDs, control panels, and gearboxes - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with CRM software (a plus) RECKERS is a company that provides high-performance and value-based automation, PLC, DCS, process plant, power, and energy monitoring solutions, including instrumentation.
