Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, offering technical expertise during sales presentations, and maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving any technical issues that arise. The role requires spending part of the time working from the Mumbai office and part of the time working from home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote and on-site responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related area is a plus
• Relevant experience in the energy sector is beneficial
