Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineers to join one of our client’s teams in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and strong communication skills to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth across multiple industrial sectors. This role requires proactive problem-solving, market research, and collaboration to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and expand into diverse industrial sectors
• Acquire and onboard new clients while nurturing long-term relationships in a competitive market
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue growth targets
• Provide technically sound solutions tailored to industrial client needs
• Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing their offerings, strategies, and market trends
• Conduct market research, gather client feedback, and analyze competitor insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions and meet business goals

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Sales
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
