SALES ENGINEER

Role Overview: As an Engineer Sales at our company, your main responsibility will be to achieve the Order/Sales targets for nozzles and systems. You will need to identify and network with prospective customers, both existing and new, in order to generate business and achieve profitability. You will also be tasked with studying applications, suggesting suitable solutions for different industries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with various departments for sales-related activities. Additionally, you will be required to obtain necessary approvals from customers for executing orders and ensure timely submission of daily activity reports and monthly reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze marketing trends, track competitors" activities, and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies. - Meet with customers to promote new products through demos and assist with the development of existing products. - Demonstrate products, services, and solutions to potential clients and deliver presentations and demos. - Negotiate variations in price, delivery, specification, and other terms with customers. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase our products. - Offer after-sales support services and attend to and resolve customer complaints when required. - Collect customer feedback survey forms to gather valuable insights.
