The Opportunity
- We are scaling our sales organization to meet the massive market demand for our AI inbound marketing platform. We need a highly driven and meticulous Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to be the architect of our sales reps success. You will own the entire sales rep lifecycle, ensuring new hires achieve full ramp quickly and that tenured reps consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks. This role is critical to maintaining high standards, optimizing our GTM strategy, and ensuring every sales interaction reflects Gushworks value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Hire Onboarding & Ramp-Up
- Design & Deliver Onboarding: Create, manage, and facilitate a rigorous onboarding program for all new Sales Account Executives and Sales Development Reps.
- Accelerate Time-to-Quota: Establish clear, measurable ramp up targets (e.g., pipeline generation, call volume, demo completion) and actively coach
new hires to achieve them in the shortest time possible.
- Product & Market Expertise: Ensure reps have a deep understanding of the Gushwork platform,
use cases (especially in AI/SEO/Workflow Automation), and how we solve customer pain points better
than traditional solutions.
- Process, Workflow, and Cadence Management
- Process Standardization: Document and train the sales team on Gushwork sbest practice workflows, including CRM management (HubSpot), internal tools, and the sales methodology.
- Cadence Optimization: Analyze, define, and enforce optimal multi channel sales cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) for various personas and lead types. Regularly audit these cadences against performance data to recommend adjustments.
- Workflow Auditing: Conduct continuous audits of reps daily workflows, call recordings, email communication,
and data hygiene to identify friction points and compliance issues.
- Performance Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Skill Development: Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on improving core sales skills such as discovery, qualification, objection handling, closing, and storytelling.
- Role-Playing & Practice: Organize and lead frequent role-playing sessions (e.g., cold calls, discovery calls, demo presentation practice) to ensure consistent execution of the Gushwork sales pitch.
- Resource Creation: Develop and maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials, including
- battle cards, talk tracks, competitive intelligence, and pitch decks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required
- 3+ years of direct experience in a Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Sales Manager/Director role in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing sales onboarding and training programs for high-growth teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documenting and auditing sales workflows and cadences.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
