About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Electrical Engineer to drive sales of electrical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and client-handling skills to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical products and solutions to industrial, commercial, and project-based clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
• Understand client technical requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and procurement teams for order execution.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in electrical sales, project sales, or industrial sales.
• Strong understanding of electrical panels, switchgear, cables, transformers, or power systems (preferred).
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
