Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive sales for our sustainable, coffee-based product range.
  
• Create compelling content for the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other brand touchpoints.
  
• Oversee the company's social media presence; engage with the online audience to increase brand visibility and sales conversion supported by an in-house creative team for visuals and video.
  
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships with cafes like

  Starbucks, Costa Coffee

  , and local cafes in Bangalore.
• Identify and onboard new cafe partners to strengthen the company's value chain.
  
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  
• Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand building, for FMCG/personal care industry.
  
• Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels.
