Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sell digital ad spaces (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.) and marketing services to clients.
  • Pitch advertising solutions to businesses based on their marketing goals.
  • Identify leads through cold calls, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, media plans, and campaign reports.
  • Achieve monthly ad sales revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 13 years of proven experience in digital ad sales or media sales.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and align them with appropriate ad solutions.
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset.
