Role & responsibilities Sell digital ad spaces (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.) and marketing services to clients. Pitch advertising solutions to businesses based on their marketing goals. Identify leads through cold calls, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, media plans, and campaign reports. Achieve monthly ad sales revenue targets. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field. 13 years of proven experience in digital ad sales or media sales. Strong understanding of paid media platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client needs and align them with appropriate ad solutions. Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset.
