Were now seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a hybrid role that blends remote flexibility with office collaboration, perfect for a sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers in education and corporate sectors, and work closely with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training departments.
  • Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage with key decision-makers.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Understand customer challenges and position our EdTech solutions as the right fit.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support deal progression and closures.
  • Maintain accurate, updated records in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Market Intelligence

  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with marketing and product teams to refine offerings.

Performance & Reporting

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Track, measure, and report on sales activities and progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven success in EdTech sales (B2B focus preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and education sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
