Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and connect with

    Global Capability Centres (GCCs)

    and shared service hubs in India across industries (Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation through strategic prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry connects.
  • Build strong relationships with

    CXOs, Centre Heads, Strategy, Procurement, and Innovation leaders

    .
  • Position the companys market intelligence solutions as a value driver for GCCs in strategy, innovation, and business enablement.
  • Develop and nurture a healthy

    sales pipeline

    for the GCC vertical.
  • Partner with the delivery, research, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for GCC prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closure, while ensuring a strong client experience.
  • Keep track of GCC industry trends, regulatory environment, and evolving business priorities to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3-6 years of B2B sales or business development experience

    , preferably with exposure to

    GCCs, Shared Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Clients

    .
  • Strong understanding of GCC landscape in India and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and solution-based approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting.
