Sales Development Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of telesales or inside sales experience. Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage. You will be responsible for converting leads, pitching our learning solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and Inbound calls to prospective students and parents

• Explain course offerings clearly and convincingly

• Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable plans

• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Maintain lead data and call notes

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead nurturing

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of Sales or inside sales experience (mandatory)

• Prior experience in EdTech or education services is a strong plus

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
