Job Description

Role Overview:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage warm and qualified leads, understand client needs, and build trust.
  • Deliver product demos (training provided) and position TenantVibe.ai as the solution.
  • Negotiate and

    close deals confidently

    with U.S.-based property managers.
  • Onboard clients to the platform and provide light post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share client insights and feedback.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in

    sales, business development, or client-facing roles

    (preferably SaaS, PropTech, or AI solutions).
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with U.S. clients.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to handle objections and close.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
