Job Description

Results-oriented SDR responsible for generating qualified leads and booking high-volume demo calls.

This role focuses on outbound calling, personalized outreach, and follow-ups to fill the sales pipeline with strong opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify leads and schedule as many demos as possible for Account Executives
  • Maintain organized tracking in CRM and consistently exceed demo-booking targets
  • Continuously refine messaging based on response data and conversion insights
  • Goal:

    Maximize demo bookings through proactive, metrics-driven outreach.


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably software)
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
