Job Description

About the Role Were looking for a Sales Development & Lead Nurture Specialist with prior experience supporting SaaS sales . This role is critical to bridging the gap between lead generation and closure —owning consistent lead nurturing, rigorous follow-up, and early prospect engagement to move opportunities forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and confident in building trusted relationships through email, LinkedIn, and occasional discovery calls. Key Responsibilities Manage lead follow-ups via Email and LinkedIn after outreach or demo conversations Build and execute nurture sequences to maintain engagement across the sales funnel Track, monitor, and re-engage leads who have gone dormant or missed scheduled meetings Update and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) with activities, notes, and next steps Create reports and dashboards to present lead engagement, pipeline movement, and conversion insights to the management team when required Run discovery calls with prospects to qualify needs, capture requirements, and prepare them for deeper sales conversations Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and pipeline visibility What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in sales support, SDR, BDR, or lead management roles within a SaaS environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot , Apollo, or similar platforms Highly process-driven with excellent follow-up and pipeline management habits Ability to analyze engagement data and create actionable insights for leadership Comfortable leading initial discovery conversations with prospects when needed Based in Bangalore, willing to work in a hybrid model (some days in-office, some remote) Tools You’ll Work With HubSpot CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo.io (optional) Calendly
