UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces in alignment with Auralis AIs brand and objectives. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs. Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions. Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with backend systems. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance Auralis AIs user experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and front-end development skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas. Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently. Bonus Skills: Experience in AI or tech-based products Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Motion graphics or micro-interactions Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
