Sales & Design Consultant

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Consultant cum Interior Designer to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can seamlessly blend creative interior design skills with a strong ability to drive sales. The ideal candidate will consult with clients to understand their vision, create compelling design proposals, and convert these into successful sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design preferences, functional requirements, and budget.
• Prepare and present design proposals using mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D drawings, and digital tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max).
• Advise clients on space planning, color schemes, materials, lighting, and furnishings.
• Pitch design solutions and close deals through persuasive presentations and strong follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads and up selling design solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on design trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design and/or sales.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Client-focused, result-oriented, and self-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
