Role Overview:

Sales & Customer Retention Trainer

Convert more abandoned carts into sales

✅ Confirm orders with confidence & clarity

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design and implement training programs for telecallers & dietitians on sales, order confirmation, and customer retention.

effective call scripts

role-play sessions, mock calls, and objection-handling exercises

call quality scorecards

improve conversion rates, reduce RTOs, and boost repeat orders.

🔹 Train the team to build trust, set the right expectations, and provide a premium customer experience.

🔹 Track performance metrics like conversion %, AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), repeat order %, and RTO %

Requirements:

sales training, telesales coaching, or customer success training

telesales, retention strategies, and objection handling.

✅ Excellent communication skills in Hindi + English (Hinglish)

effective role-play sessions.

✅ Experience working with CRM tools, call monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.

✅ Strong understanding of B2C/D2C sales processes and customer experience.
