Role Responsibilities

Communicate with CURIO & JB Publishing clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Manage incoming enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.

Share product information, pricing, catalogues, and resolve customer queries.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Track leads, record interactions, and support in achieving sales targets.

Handle feedback, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support preferred.

Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume interactions.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.
