Sales Counselor

Job Summary:

The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective customers through the sales process, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product/service solutions. The role involves counseling clients, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and counsel potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Conduct consultations and follow-ups with leads generated via walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Guide clients in the decision-making process and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to address client queries effectively.
• Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Generate reports on sales performance and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
