Role & responsibilities Engage with clients via calls, emails, or in person to understand their needs. Provide detailed information about products/services and guide clients through the decision-making process. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintained accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for the effective execution of strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
