Job Description

Greenvent Pvt Ltd seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in engineering and be responsible for coordinating with clients, generating leads in the open market, and effectively communicating our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in drafting emails, creating presentations, and a good understanding of technical strengths. The candidate should be open to traveling for client meetings and have a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

A Bachelor's or Master degree in Management is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate new leads in the open market.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Draft professional emails and create compelling presentations to support sales activities.
  • Technical Understanding:
  • Have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

· Analyse competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.

  • Travel:
  • Be willing to travel to attend client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
  • · Should be proficient in MS Office all application in detail.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

· Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.

· Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

· Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Email Writing: Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional emails.

· Market Research: Strong research and analytical skills.

· Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
