About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
