Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage
customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
.
Prepare and maintain
sales reports, client databases, and CRM updates
.
Support in creating and sending
quotations, proposals, and invoices
to clients.
Follow up with clients for
order confirmation, payments, and documentation
.
Liaise with the
operations, logistics, and accounts teams
to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Assist in
sales presentations, marketing materials, and tender documentation
as needed.
Handle
email correspondence and scheduling
for client meetings or product demos.
Track and update
monthly sales targets and performance summaries
.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
; experience with
CRM or ERP systems
preferred.
Strong
coordination and follow-up skills
.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Team player with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in
sales coordination, back-office sales support, or client servicing
