Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In Hand)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably from the manufacturing and electronics industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) as per sales team input and client requirements
• Create and manage E-Way Bills
• Handle sales-related documentation and reporting using Tally Prime
• Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between the sales team, dispatch, and accounts
• Maintain and update sales records and client databases
• Follow up with the sales team and clients for order status, payment, and dispatch updates
• Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring timely communication with customers
• Support after-sales service and issue resolution if required

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation
• Experience in Proforma Invoice generation
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to follow up with multiple teams and ensure timely execution
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Prior experience in manufacturing/electronics industry is a must

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales coordination role
• Must have worked in the manufacturing and electronics industry
• Immediate joiners preferred or short notice period

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• Timings will be shared during the interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
