Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for real estate sales and strong skills in digital media. The ideal candidate will handle villa and property sales, and also manage online listings, photography, content creation, and basic graphic designing for social media and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential villas and construction services to prospective buyers.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Handle client inquiries and provide complete information about the project.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events.

Other Responsibilities:

• Handle property photography and videography for marketing use.
• Design promotional materials using tools like Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Create and manage listings on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).
• Post regular content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist in running digital marketing campaigns (ads, promotions).
• Coordinate with marketing team/agency if needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and camera handling.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to use basic graphic design software (Canva or Adobe tools).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate or diploma (Marketing/Media/Design background preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
