Real Estate Sales Associate

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, guide clients through real estate transactions, and help them navigate market trends, legal requirements, and financing options. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations & Sales: Assist buyers in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget. Market and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms. Conduct property showings and open houses. Transaction Management: Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and contracts. Guide clients through the entire buying/selling process, from negotiation to closing. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Market Knowledge & Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and market conditions. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to estimate property values. Advise clients on pricing, staging, and property improvements. Administrative & Coordination Tasks: Maintain client databases and follow up regularly. Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals. Handle listings, advertisements, and online property promotions. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and sales ability. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
