Real Estate Sales Associate

As a female candidate, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Lead Handling: You will be required to call and engage with new leads. - Walk-in Generation: Drive site visits through the Channel Partner network in Goa. - Client Engagement: Handle client queries, ensure follow-ups, and schedule revisits. - Lead Follow-up: Timely follow-up for all leads and site visits to facilitate quick closures. - Channel Partner Management: Identify and activate new Channel Partners to support business development. - Marketing & Promotions: Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. - Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and collection goals. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree is required. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales is required.
