Real Estate Sales Associate

As an experienced professional in handling HNI clients in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for managing leads from various advertising platforms and walk-in clients for a real estate project. Your role will involve understanding the specific requirements of potential clients and providing them with detailed information about the project. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with Channel Partners and assist in dealing with their clients. Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling site visits and following up with potential clients to ensure a seamless experience. - Conducting timely follow-ups with interested clients to facilitate the closing of sales. - Ensuring that all requisite forms are filled up accurately and in a timely manner. - Actively participating in marketing events to promote the real estate project effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in selling flats/apartments priced over Rs. 2 Crore is required. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages is essential for effective communication with clients.
